At Laddrr (KM25 Sp. z o.o.), we strive to ensure every user has a great experience learning languages with our AI.

Digital Services & Subscriptions

Laddrr is a digital service. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to our premium language learning features.

  • No Free Trial: We currently do not offer a free trial. Access to the full features of the app requires a subscription purchase.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

Refund Policy

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to be fair and ensure you are satisfied.

1. Purchases made via our Website or Google Play (Android) If you purchased a subscription directly through our website or the Google Play Store and are not satisfied, please contact us directly.

  • How to request a refund: Email us at hello@laddrrapp.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: We generally accept refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

2. Purchases made via the Apple App Store (iOS) If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, the transaction is handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for Apple purchases on our end.

  • How to request a refund: You must request the refund directly from Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select "Request a refund."

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you typically have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, by purchasing digital content (our App subscription) and starting to use it, you acknowledge that the performance of the contract has begun and you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided or accessed.

Notwithstanding this, Laddrr voluntarily considers refund requests as described in the "Refund Policy" section above to ensure customer satisfaction.
